SpeedTrader already provides access to over 25 routes to make sure traders get fast executions at the best fill prices possible. The DBOT route is a unique route by the Delaware Board of Trade that serves as an alternative trading system for OTC stocks. The DBOT route aims to improve liquidity and transparency. This route can be used for:
- US-based Small Cap and Micro Cap companies that are not eligible to be listed on national exchanges
- International companies on recognized foreign exchanges (that meet SEC requirements)
- Early stage venture companies seeking to raise capital (qualified by REG A+)
The DBOT route features:
- Anonymous order posting and routing
- Price protection
- Rebates for adding liquidity
